I honestly think breakfast is my favourite meal, so naturally I had to start with my fave breakfast spots in Cornwall. All of these have vegetarian/vegan options 🍴

📍Tremenheere Kitchen, Penzance

I love Tremenheere Kitchen breakfast for when I want something a bit fancy, I also just love the whole vibe of the place, the outdoor area is just so beautiful - plus you have the gardens to explore after if you fancy.

📍Feed & Fed, Hayle

I have so much love for Feed & Fed , their breakfast box and their veggie sausage & egg sandwich are my absolute go-to, we visit atleast twice a month and it always hits the spot.

📍Sunset Surf Cafe, Gwithian

If you want a delicious breakfast with a sea view, @sunset_surf_cafe is the one for you. My dream beach day normally starts with a hearty breakfast from here. Also the little sautéed potatoes are just 👏

📍Box and Barber, Newquay

This is a new spot for us after many recommendations, and wow did it impress us. Good coffee, delicious food, gorgeous interiors - whats not to love?!

📍Duke Street Cafe, Newlyn

A gorgeous spot for breakfast in Newlyn, it’s fast become a go-to for us. We like a big old hearty full english and Duke Street Cafe delivers on that, we love eating here before doing the walk over to Mousehole.

So there we have it, I honestly feel like I could do a top 20 when it comes to breakfast but I don’t think there is enough word count for my waffling on.
